Facility Rental, Availability, And Rate

Facilities are currently under construction and remodeling, but Palms 23 will offer numerous accommodation options for a variety of group sizes:

• 5 full apartments are available on the lower level that open to a circular driveway with a water feature view. These apartments sleep up to 8 guests and all have a kitchenette. Select apartments also have a relaxing patio. There is a large, shared kitchen area for all apartment guests.

• Upstairs accommodations include 14 bedrooms with 8 connected semi-private restrooms. Guests can utilize the main floor for cooking, socializing, and entertainment, as it has a large community kitchen, movie room, and seating areas.

• A separate stand-alone house sleeps up to 6 guests.

• Another house is currently under construction that will sleep 6 guests.

• A large building on the property is currently being converted to 4 condos. When complete, each condo will be about 3,500 square feet and sleep 12 guests. These accommodations are ideal for larger families and groups.

• Room for overnight accommodations for 700 RVs
